  11. Hi, a friend of mine is having a problem with a new cd-rom drive. It is a
  12. chinon 525 and his controller is an old GVP that has scsidev.device as its
  13. device. It seems that everytime he tries to access the cd-rom it crashes.
  14. Would getting the GURU rom for gvp controllers solve this problem? The
  15. controller also has 2 meg on board (max). It must be an old one.
